This edition is devoted to grower-producers: the artisans who cultivate their own vines, craft their own wines, and express the character of their land with precision and soul.

Edition #2 brings together three singular champagnes, each offering its own world of flavour and philosophy:

  • Chartogne-Taillet, Le Rosé, NV: A graceful, versatile, red-fruited rosé from one of the region’s most thoughtful growers.

  • Mouzon-Leroux, L’Atavique, NV: A vivid, energetic expression of Verzy terroir; a bridge between tradition and the avant-garde.

  • Jacques Lassaigne, Les Vignes de Montgueux, NV: Pure Chardonnay from chalk-rich slopes, shimmering with tension and elegance.

These are champagnes to drink, share, and remember as brilliant with food as they are in a toast.
