  • The Mizanplas Wine Club is not a traditional subscription service. Instead, we curate unique wine boxes periodically, each filled with wines we genuinely love and want to share. When a new box is ready, we announce it, and you have the option to purchase. No commitments, just exceptional wines when they’re available.

    All sales are subject to our terms and conditions.

  • Only individuals aged 18 or over.
    You must confirm your age at checkout, and we require ID upon delivery. No exceptions.

  • We release boxes a few times a year, based on when we discover wines that inspire us. There is no fixed schedule at the moment. We prioritise quality over frequency.

  • When a new box is available, we will announce it on our website and social media channels. You can purchase directly through our website on a first-come, first-served basis. Quantities are limited, so act fast. Once they are gone, they are gone.

  • Currently, we only ship within the UK. We are exploring international shipping options and will update our policies as they become available.

  • To ensure fairness, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis and do not offer pre-orders or reservations.

  • Absolutely! During checkout, you can specify a different shipping address and include a personalised message. Just make sure the recipient is 18+! It is the law.

  • Mizanplas Ltd. uses independent licensed storage and delivery providers for order fulfilment. These providers act solely as logistics contractors. No agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship exists between Mizanplas Ltd. and its logistics providers.

    Your wine is cared for like it is part of a private cellar, until it becomes part of yours.

  • To keep our prices as competitive and low as possible, we currently accept bank transfers only. This allows us to avoid unnecessary commission fees charged by payment processors, ensuring that more of your payment goes directly towards the wines you receive.

    Please ensure you use your order number as the payment reference so we can match your transfer to your purchase quickly.

  • We take great care in packing each box, but if your order arrives damaged or something is not right, here is what to do:

    • Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives.

    • If you notice any damage to the bottles or packaging, inform the delivery person immediately and take clear photos of the issue. Then contact us right away.

    • We will work swiftly to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

    Because each box is a limited, carefully curated selection, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.

  • Yes! You will receive detailed tasting notes, background stories of the wines, and pairing suggestions to enhance your experience by email.

  • Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media to receive updates on upcoming boxes and exclusive content.
